Horacio Maysonet, is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cyber Security Solutions Inc., one of the leading cybersecurity firms in Florida, dedicated to creating a world where cybersecurity and simplicity coexist. CSS offers small and medium-sized organizations innovative and cutting-edge comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to protect their data.
As President and CEO, Horacio is responsible for the overall operation of the company. He has extensive experience in both public and private sectors. A veteran of the United States Air Force and an industry leader, he is inspired to create new technologies that provide alternatives for businesses to effortlessly adopt cybersecurity. Leveraging his vast experience and innate innovation, Horacio co-developed a "6-Step Process" currently utilized by the United States Air Force Europe Command bases.
As a bilingual industry expert, Horacio is regularly sought out by various media outlets to discuss current cybersecurity topics and events in both English and Spanish. He is an internationally invited speaker as a cybersecurity expert at business events in the United States and Puerto Rico.
He has been honored with the prestigious AFCEA International 40 Under 40 Award. Also, was recognized as Business of the Year in 2022 by Tampa Hispanic Heritage Inc., receive a special recognition by Puerto Rican Summit in 2023 in Orlando for his business development and contributions to the island, and in 2023, he signed a collaboration agreement with CUD to foster relationships and provide services and resources on the island.
In addition to his professional achievements, Horacio regularly volunteers and has been a STEM mentor, sponsoring and advising a high school robotics team. His company participates in community events and offers free talks to bring cybersecurity awareness especially business owners to encourage of the need to protect their businesses and not become victims of cybercrime.
